I was skeptical - I am now a believer Marianne Fletcher as Vizio products had a reputation of being the "Walmart" of electronics, I was skeptical to try this router. I did some homework and found that those who had tried were very satisfied with its performance. What better endorsement than the typical user? Therefore, since the price was half of comparable Cisco - why not take a chance. I was using a Netgear wireless G and was having problems. When I added a Sony HD TV and BluRay players, set up for wireless - I began to have some tents and waiting to take "time -. Great router! This router replaced by Val D-Link DIR-655, and when I stopped losing the connection every 20 minutes or so. Setup was a breeze. Easy installation, good price, VIZO hits a home run. By Charles R. Crosby, Jr. It was the easiest router I've ever made. The instructions are easy to follow. The directions are all step by step, in large letters and digraphs good / photos to help you and their only two 5x10-inch laminated cards seems Vizo did it for the common guy with little computer knowledge. I was running in 10 minutes (installation, laptop, PS3 and iTouch 2). Not a geek, but published in 802.11 a / h, 802.11g / n and 802.11b. My laptop, iTouch and PS3 from the reconized 802.11g / n and taking the safety key (WPA), which was given the paperwork and works 2.4HGz configuration. I believe that the 802.11a / h (WPA2 security key) works only for new equipment faster. Again, this was easy to implement and is faster than my old router. The test was performed using an HD movie on my Netflix PS3 via wireless connection and download the movie very well on my old router was basically usless for Netflix, via a wireless connection because of the low speed.
