I have Comcast internet and blast Speakeasy test shows download speed of 23.5 Mbps with Motorola SB6120, Zoom5341 24.8 Mbps, so I decided to stay with Zoom5341. Motorola SB6120 killer, works well with ComcastHSI By AmznFan I recently purchased two Motorola SB6120 DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem work with Comcast and I wasted two hours to work with Comcast support and SB6120 would just not sync or relate to Comcast. I finally gave up and ordered the 5341st ZOOM 5341 was $ 5 more and I am not familiar with the ZOOM brand. Wow, it's on, spend 5 minutes on the phone with Comcast support (tell them the MAC address and make / model and wait 5 minutes), and has worked like a charm! Easy installation with Comcast, it works well for Jayesh Seshadri bought this to avoid the monthly rent and still (hopefully) be covered in smart technology for a couple of years. Setting up a breeze - all I had to do was call Comcast with the new modem MAC address and make / model # and implementation of their side had a couple of minutes. There were casual connection drops in the coming days, but things well enough then stabilized. Internet performance I have Comcast 20Mbps, and was showing me around 24.5 Mbps average [...] clandestine and 23MBps, 19Mbps was with my old Comcast provided by scientists at the Atlantic DOCSIS 1.1 modem.
